OSTC Lead User Experience Designer and Feature Owner

Based in the Portland OSTC (Open Software Technology Center), leading teams in the creation of HMI Proof of Concepts through information architecture, wireframes, click-through prototypes, and Qt/QML prototypes. In addition to converting User Trial feedback and quantitative results into design directions and iterations. As a Feature Owner, interface directly with Future Feature Engineers in developing project charters, owning use cases and customer (business and consumer) voice throughout deliverables, and project-package delivery.

Worked with Eddie Opara in developing the company from a design start-up into a boutique multi-disciplinary atelier, and finally into its migration with Pentagram in 2010. Worked on project types ranging from: printed matter, branding systems, visual research, copy writing, marketing campaigns, interactive installations, user interface design, and front-end web development. Other tasks included: client rapport, project management, intern training, and design unicorn.
