Week X: Google Lens

During Week 9, of Term 1, in the Media Design Program at Art Center… We were given the opportunity to take a break from all of our classes and embarked on a journey through computation with Adjunct Professor, Elise Co.
In collaboration with: Adam Fischbach, Buddy Bojorquez, Chiao Ho, and Link Huang.
Google Lens is a result of analyzing the existing google search algorithm and replacing and changing either multiple parts of a single part of the search. And in doing so, altering the very nature of our results. What they are, how they are displayed and how the search query is redefined. We initially started by redefining or creating a peripheral object which acted as a constant pervasive network which was constantly searching. Outfitting the user with a Google Lens, or contact lenses which the user can interact with based on brain wave and eye movement.
