Summary
In collaboration with Verynice, I developed a single-page website as a landing page for an upcoming platform dedicated to eliminating health disparities faced by Black women. The platform focuses on improving health outcomes by diversifying access to health screenings, clinical trials, and medical information, while fostering transparency and trust between women and the clinical trial community. This initiative aims to provide Black women with equitable access to world-class healthcare and better standards of care.
Objective
The website launched in tandem with a presentation at the Democratic National Convention, serving as a key tool to support the client’s fundraising and marketing efforts. It effectively introduced the platform’s mission and set the stage for future engagement.
Approach
As a front-end developer, I collaborated with a designer to optimize design decisions and streamline the development process. Built on a pre-existing WordPress installation and utilizing the Elementor site builder, the site was efficiently designed and launched to meet the project’s immediate goals and long-term vision.
